BESPOKE STATIONERY

What is Bespoke Stationery?

We design and print stationery tailored to your specific event or needs, such as birth announcements, invitations, personalised gift tags, thank you cards and so on. We have our own signature style, and source beautiful engravings and illustrations to suit each customer's requirements.

We also offer a 'pret-a-porter' range of our current designs online, ready to be personalised by adding your own text and choosing your preferred typeface and colours.

I would like something tailored to my needs that is not on your website. Can you offer that?

Absolutely! We specialise in the bespoke, and have a team of people ready to tackle any challenge. We would love to help! Just drop us a line or give us a call. Have a look at our gallery for examples of our fully bespoke work.

CARDS, ENVELOPES, SAMPLES

What card sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of card sizes, all available with either a straight or scalloped edge:
            • Notelet: flat 5"x7" (folds to 3 1/2" by 5") eg. All our notelets
            • Mini Note: flat 3 1/2"x5"
            • Standard: flat 4 1/2"x 6 1/4" eg. Our birth announcements
            • Large Folded: flat 6 1/4"x9" (folds to 4 1/2" by 6 1/4") eg. Our Christmas Cards
            • Place Cards: flat 3 1/2"x4" (folds to 3 1/2" by 2")

For our 'pret-a-porter' range online , we offer notelets, large folded cards and gift tags at present, more coming soon!
All our cards are 216gsm white card with a smooth matt finish.
We are able to supply heavier card for wedding invitations - anything up to 800gsm - please ask us if you would like to see a sample.

What card colours do you offer?

We only use smooth white card, as it gives the perfect surface on which to print our designs.

Do you provide envelopes?

Yes! We have a range of colours available to complement your chosen design in shades of red, pink, blue, green & white. Do have a look at our photograph below, where you can see the full range of colours. If you require colour samples please ask.

Can I have a sample?

Unfortunately we cannot send a design proof before an order is placed, however we are very happy to send card & envelope samples for colour matching and for you to feel the card quality, please note these will not be full size.

I need to address my envelopes ahead of time - can you send them to me before my cards are ready?

Yes, although we would require a deposit or pre-payment.

Could you post my cards for me? Can you print addresses on envelopes? (e.g. for birth announcements or change of address cards)

Yes, we are able to address envelopes and arrange postage at an additional charge. Please get in touch for details.

ORDERING

Is there a minimum order amount?

Orders must be for a minimum of 12 cards (bespoke), 6 notelets, or 10 Gift Tags.

I need more than I anticipated - can I add extra copies to my order?

Absolutely! Let us know how many more you would like add to your order and we will send them straight out to you.

When can I order my Christmas cards?

We are happy to accept orders at any time, but need all finalised Christmas orders by the end of November to ensure they are printed and delivered to you before the last Christmas post dates (usually between 10th-20th Dec), otherwise you won't have time to write in them!

Do you offer a printed proof?

Yes! We send you a final proof to approve before we print your order. This is usually sent by email for speed, if you specifically require a printed copy by post, just ask.

POSTAGE & PACKING

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within seven to ten days. Please note that orders for personalised bespoke stationery items are printed upon receipt of full payment, and after proof approval (if required), so prompt payment and proof approval will help speed up the process! Fraser & Parsley endeavour to meet all delivery dates, barring unforeseen circumstances.

How much will delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £2.50 for orders up to £100 and £5 for orders over £100.

How will my order be sent?

We send our packages by 1st Class Royal Mail (if you prefer another method please contact us)

Can you send my order by Recorded Post?

Yes we can. Please note that the cost of Recorded Delivery (signed for) and Special Delivery (next day AM signed for) services are weight dependent, and will incur a further P&P charge. Please contact us for further details.

Do you ship internationally?

At present we only ship within the UK, however if you contact us directly we would be very happy to arrange worldwide shipping for you.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

What happens if I'm not happy with my order when it arrives?

Personalised bespoke stationery is made to order for each customer, so to avoid any disappointment we always send you a proof by email or post, for you to approve the order details (spellings etc.) before we print it in full. By approving this proof you are agreeing that the order is finalised, and so we regret we cannot accept any returns or offer a refund after this time.

What is your returns policy?

We regret we cannot refund personalised stationery unless we have made a mistake. If you have approved a proof, either by email or hard copy, we are not responsible for any subsequent changes. If we have made a mistake, we will of course rectify this and send you the corrected cards as soon as possible!

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept personal cheques and PayPal on our website. Paypal allows payment either via your own paypal account or by credit card. If payment is made by cheque we will print and despatch the order once the cheque has cleared.

GIFTS

Can you send stationery as a gift on my behalf? Do you offer gift wrapping?

We love to send gifts! Leave it with us, we will wrap it beautifully & post it to the recipient with a gift message from you. Wrapping with crisp white tissue and lovely ribbon is free.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, these can be for set items (e.g. pack of 12 gift tags) or for a set amount. Please contact us for details.
